TIMBER 

Please note that the natural feature of Timber is its unique colours, grains and textures. No two pieces of Timber are the same and every piece has come from it’s own tree that has lived its own life. Splits & cracks can form as the product ages, this can be a result of the environment the Timber is exposed to. This is not seen as a fault as this is expected being a natural product. As with all natural products, light can effect Timber and its appearance. Over time this will reflect character as the piece will change slightly. 

*to help protect your product please do not place in direct sunlight or in close contact to air-conditioning or heating ducts. We also recommend not placing your product in areas exposed to moisture.

RETURNS 

Please choose products carefully as all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However any damaged items will be replaced. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. In this case a full refund will be provided.

If you DO NOT wish to have images of your purchased products used on social media please include a note with your order.
